Scope of Work	Repair wood trusses and renovate the 30,000 SF buildings exterior & interior. Included demolition, new interior walls, ceilings, flooring, finishes, storefront windows, PME and FP systems, adding fall protection and replacing the standing seam roof and wall panels. Associated site work included demolition and providing accessible parking.
