Scope of Work	Includes new construction, new addition, interior renovations and site work. Construction work includes a new free-standing football field house building and an addition onto the existing home grandstand of a varsity locker room and press box structure. Both are load-bearing CMU and brick veneer construction. Interior renovations in the existing main campus building housing the gymnasiums, weight room and locker rooms. Site work includes re-surfacing existing track, re-sodding existing football field and additional fencing around the site.
