Scope of Work	Interior renovations of an existing shell building to house the Auto Restoration Program with classrooms, faculty offices, break room, storage area, auto & paint spray bays and mixing booths. Includes the construction of a masonry bearing wall with standing seam metal roofing to house the building’s air compressors. Modifications will also be made to the Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical systems to support the auto restoration program.
