Scope of Work	Multi-sequenced interior renovations and repurposing several spaces totaling +/- 80,000 SF including asbestos abatement and associated site work. Middle College- Reconfigure and renovate current Student Recreation Center to create classrooms, administrative offices and support spaces. Rosenthal Building- Up-fit pool, mezzanine and basement to provide a new Dance Studio, support spaces and a new stair addition. Also included reconfiguring locker rooms and renovating the entrance to the Black Box Dance Theatre. Coleman Building- Office and Athletics Training Area reconfigurations including adjacent locker rooms and restrooms, up-fits of the 3rd and 4th floors. Included site work for egress and accessibility.
