Scope of Work	Work includes light finish upgrades and replacement of ceiling tile/grid and lights/diffusers, door hardware, flooring, and reconfiguration of reception, conference, and collaboration space in the Drama Administration space in Workplace. The scope of work also includes a new breakroom across the hall from the Admin offices and the replacement of plumbing fixtures in a single toilet next to the breakroom.
