Scope of Work	Accessibility improvements and renovation of lab/restroom spaces totaling 3,700 SF including space reconfiguration, finish upgrades and fire pump controller system upgrade. 2,900 SF will be new finish renovations (flooring, paint, ceiling, lighting, casework & cleaning). 600 SF of the 1st floor will be subdivided with a new wall and include new lab casework, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, sinks, lab appliances and new finishes. The remaining 500 SF include converting the 2nd floor women’s restroom into a unisex accessible toilet/shower room with adjoining housekeeping storage, and converting the 3rd floor men’s restroom into 2 unisex restrooms, one being accessible.
