Scope of Work	Repair three wood trusses and renovations of the 30,000 SF buildings exterior and interior. Includes demolition, new interior walls, ceilings, flooring, finishes, storefront windows, PME and FP systems, adding fall protection, replacing stading seam roof and panels. Associated site work includes demolition and provide accessible parking.
