Scope of Work	Renovate the existing 7,603 SF Library and constructing a 7,588 SF addition. Scope includes demolition, asbestos abatement, construction of brick veneer-on-metal stud walls, steel frame (columns, beams, bar joists) with metal roof and wall panel systems. Site works includes site grading, water/sewer utility work, storm water system, sidewalks, landscaping and paved parking. Also includes accepted alternates for data wiring and equipment, operable partitions and replace (6) transom windows.
