Scope of Work	Construction of a new 3,000 square foot restroom facility. Converting of the existing building into a vending building. Wood framed walls with a brick veneer and a wood framed roof system. Modular retaining walls installed to allow for the extensive grading and backfilling required for the building pad. Extensive landscaping and the construction of picnic areas.
