Scope of Work	Project includes a 1,480 SF addition and renovations to the 97,333 SF Center to provide assembly space and a new entrance for the existing senior center. Includes, but not limited to, exterior envelope with concrete siding and wall panels, storefront windows, automatic doors, membrane roofing, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, cabinets and associated plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Site work includes modification of the existing Sportsplex entry plaza to provide new pavement, sidewalks and landscaping.
