Scope of Work	Selective demolition, renovation and new construction to Buildings 1, 1A and 1C. Renovations of approximately 24,650 SF including construction of new elevator, asbestos remediation, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Demolition work includes a 13,716 SF two-story brick building.
