Scope of Work	Construction of a new 10,000 square foot building including a 1,800 square foot tenant space. Site grading, utility components, parking and landscaping. Interior construction consisting of a production area, warehouse with full loading dock, office suite, and customer service area. This project was completed in 135 days.
