Scope of Work	Complete restoration of the 90,000 square foot the historical Back Shop maintenance building. All masonry was restored by reconstruction and tuckpointing. All new roof system was installed including wood deck and Butler Gold standing seam metal roof system. Over 24,500 square feet of new skylights. Over 30,000 square feet of new aluminum clad casement windows.
