| Scope of Work | - Interior work inlcuded custom fabrication of numerous finish carpentry items to match existing items dating back to original construction, refinishing existing auditorium seating and construction of new restrooms.
- New HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler systems were installed.
- Exterior work included the construction of a new portico and associated ramp, cast stone steps, and related site work.
