Scope of Work	Historical restoration of the picnic and barbecue shelters consisting of repairing structural damage and reroofing both shelters. Converting the caretaker's house into the park office. Building new restroom facilities. Building new mower shed and renovating existing maintenance building. Paving of entrance, road, and parking areas. Installing new utility infrastructure to support the new facilities.
