Scope of Work	Renovations and exterior repairs to the Curtis House, an existing historic wood-framed house including replacement of wood siding and metal roofing, installing a drainage system, and structural work. Also included the construction of a pre-engineered metal building to be used as a maintenance building for the facility. New construction included construction of a wood-framed building to house restroom facilities and additional handicapped parking.
