Project Details

• Work of the Project included renovation of the Central Office building; an

  existing one-story, 14,353 square-foot facility.

• The renovation included demolition of the existing interior partitions and ceiling tiles system, construction of new Education Board Meeting room & multiple conference

  rooms along with renovation of interior partitions and ceilings/soffits, exterior

  window replacement, and new window and door openings.

• Work included all general, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and low-voltage trades.

• Exterior building work included gutter, downspouts, soffit, and fascia replacement.

  Related site work will consist of concrete sidewalks, a ramp, masonry monument sign and masonry infills wall.
