  • Job Description
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Oversee daily tasks and quality control

    • Coordinate/schedule subcontractors and material deliveries

    • Lead crew to meet/exceed construction schedules


    Job Requirements
    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Experience scheduling and coordinating construction jobs

    • Knowledge of the construction industry and familiar with construction methods

    • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment

    • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

    • Must be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and proven leadership skills

  • Job Description
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Reviewing drawings/performing on screen take-offs

    • Soliciting subcontractors

    • Putting together complete project estimates


    Job Requirements
    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Experience in hard bid estimating

    • Knowledge of the construction industry and familiar with construction methods

    • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment

    • Experience with estimating software

    • Must be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and proven leadership skills

    • 5 years of estimating experience is perfered.
