Project Details

The scope of work of the project includes a single-story 14,000 SF building and associated site improvements.  This work includes site work, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, building footings, slab on grade, masonry, structural steel, structural and light gauge metal stud framing, wood trusses, single ply and shingle roof, drywall, acoustical ceilings, paint, flooring, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical and a fully functional commercial kitchen.
