Project Details
Project included overdue exterior repairs to the historic wood-framed Curtis House
including the replacement of wood siding and metal roofing, installation of a
drainage system, extensive structural work and select site work to create additional
handicap accessible parking.
In addition to the repairs, a new 1,500 SF pre-engineered metal building to be used
as a maintenance building for the facility was constructed.
A new 705 SF masonry wood-framed restroom facility was built as well.
