Scope of Work	Excavation of basement adjacent to the occupied hospital. This basement is constructed with reinforced concrete walls and remains as unfinished future space. Patient exam and surgery rooms, x-ray rooms, and administrative suites. Patient lobby accented with a skylight and stained oak crown and trim. Complete square footage, including basement is 22,000 square feet.
