Scope of Work	New single story, three bay fire station and pre-engineered metal storage building. Construction included masonry walls and partitions, wood truss roofing with shingles, concrete paving, site & off-site utilities grading and a bio-retention pond. Included complete mechanical, sprinkler, plumbing, electrical systems and a state-of-the-art emergency communication system.
